Visual Media and Image Rights
This notice covers every image published on ittech.info: what the library contains, what publishing a picture does and does not state, which visuals were generated rather than photographed, and the route for a copyright or image-rights complaint.

1. A mixed visual library
This website uses a mixed visual library. Across it are photographs and other media retained in IT-TECH® Solutions Limited’s working files; project-related and catalogue-reference media supplied to the company; stock or reference photographs gathered from third-party sources during website production; and photorealistic visuals generated or materially edited using generative-AI tools. These categories may overlap. No category is assigned to a particular image unless that image is expressly labelled.
2. What publishing an image does not state
Unless a specific image is expressly identified, its publication, file name, caption or placement is not a statement that IT-TECH® Solutions Limited created it or owns copyright in it; that pictured goods are held in stock; that a depicted scene records a project the company delivered; or that the exact pictured item is available or will be supplied.
3. Images are illustrative references
Images support a business quotation discussion. Only a written quotation or contract issued by IT-TECH® Solutions Limited confirms the manufacturer or model, dimensions, materials, finish, included components, availability and scope of supply.
4. AI-generated visuals
Some product-card visuals on this website were generated or materially edited with AI tools rather than photographed. Those identified in the company’s production records carry a visible label beside the image on the card itself, not only in this notice. A label describes the image. It does not change the product name, the supplier specifications, or anything a written quotation states.
5. Third-party rights
Rights in third-party material remain with the applicable rights holders. This website does not grant visitors permission to copy, republish or reuse third-party material, except as permitted by law or by the relevant rights holder.
6. Copyright and image rights notices
Anyone who believes that an image published on ittech.info infringes copyright or another right they own or are authorised to enforce should email info@ittech.info with the subject IMAGE RIGHTS NOTICE, and include:
- full legal name, organisation and contact details;
- evidence of authority, if acting for someone else;
- a description of the original work and the name of its claimed rights owner;
- the exact page address and the image address, file name or a screenshot identifying the material;
- the right involved, why the publication is unauthorised, and the action requested;
- any supporting evidence available: an original file, a dated publication, a creator record, a registration, an assignment or a licence chain;
- a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its representative or Hong Kong law;
- a statement that the information is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to submit the notice;
- your signature or other authentication, and the date.
7. How a notice is handled
Notices are received by the Image Rights Contact at IT-TECH® Solutions Limited, info@ittech.info. The individual responsible is identified to a person raising a notice on request, so far as Hong Kong law permits that disclosure. A notice is acknowledged within one business day. Where a notice credibly identifies specific material, that material is removed or replaced rather than defended: the company does not require the claim to be proven first, and removal is not an admission of liability. Relevant files and records are preserved. This email route does not waive any requirement for formal service of court documents.
