Cookie Policy
The current website is designed to keep tracking limited and practical. Essential browser storage is used to make the website function and to remember the visitor’s privacy and AI-disclaimer choices. Optional third-party AI scripts are loaded only after the visitor opens the assistant and accepts the AI disclaimer, when the assistant service is enabled.
1. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies and local storage are small browser-side records that can remember choices, support security, manage sessions or improve site performance. Some items are temporary and disappear after a browsing session; others may remain until deleted by the user or until the browser clears them.
2. Essential storage
Essential storage is used to remember the cookie preference selected by the visitor, store AI-disclaimer acceptance, support security and captcha-related form behaviour, register service-worker cache control and keep the site usable. These functions are not used to sell personal data or to create unrelated advertising profiles.
3. AI assistant storage
The AI assistant has a legal gate. The website stores whether the visitor accepted the AI disclaimer so that the assistant can open without repeatedly forcing the same acceptance during later browsing. The live Botpress webchat, if configured, may also use its own technical storage to deliver the chat service.
4. Service-worker cache
The service worker may cache static website assets such as CSS, JavaScript, icons and images to improve loading speed and reliability. This is a performance feature, not a behavioural advertising tool. Users can clear browser data or unregister service workers through browser settings if they want a clean reload.
5. Analytics and advertising
The production package does not require analytics or advertising trackers for basic catalogue use. If IT-TECH® Solutions Limited later adds analytics, remarketing pixels, conversion tracking or advertising scripts, this policy and the consent banner should be updated before those tools are deployed.
6. Consent choices
The banner allows visitors to choose essential-only use or accept all configured storage. Essential-only mode still permits storage that is technically required for security, legal notices, form protection and the AI disclaimer gate. The user may reset choices by clearing browser data for the site.
7. Third-party links and social platforms
The website links to social media platforms such as Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram and Reddit. Those platforms are controlled by third parties and may use their own cookies and tracking when users visit them. IT-TECH® Solutions Limited does not control those external platforms.
8. Managing browser controls
Users can block, delete or restrict cookies and local storage in browser settings. Doing so may affect form behaviour, consent memory, service-worker cache and AI-assistant operation. For a reliable quotation request, users should make sure the contact form and email client can operate normally.
9. Updates
This policy may be updated when website functions, AI assistant service, analytics tools, hosting arrangements or legal requirements change. The latest published version applies to continued browsing after publication.
10. Storage names and practical examples
Examples of essential local storage may include records for cookie preference, AI-disclaimer acceptance, form-start timing, captcha state, service-worker registration and cache control. Exact names may change as the website is maintained, but the purpose should remain operational, security-related or consent-related unless this policy is updated.
11. Retention of browser choices
Cookie and AI-disclaimer choices may remain in the browser until the user clears site data or until the website changes the storage version. This avoids showing the same notice on every page view while still allowing the user to reset preferences through browser controls.
12. No sale of browsing data
The website is not designed to sell browsing data. Any future third-party analytics or advertising configuration should be reviewed before deployment so the consent notice, policy wording and technical loading behaviour remain consistent with the stated privacy approach.
