AI Assistant Disclaimer
This disclaimer applies to every use of the AI assistant on the IT-TECH® Solutions Limited website. A visitor must accept the disclaimer before starting the chat. The assistant is intentionally limited to preliminary catalogue support and should not be treated as a human sales representative, legal adviser, technical engineer or contracting decision-maker.
1. Automated informational tool only
The AI assistant generates automated responses based on available website content, catalogue limits and the AI provider’s system. It is used for catalogue navigation, project-intake support and general product-direction discussion only. It is not authorized to make promises, approve orders or bind IT-TECH® Solutions Limited.
2. No professional advice
The assistant does not provide legal, financial, engineering, safety, installation, architectural, medical, customs, tax or other regulated professional advice. Users must consult qualified professionals for compliance, installation, structural, electrical, safety, licensing or import issues.
3. No binding quotation or specification
AI responses are not quotations, invoices, technical specifications, warranty statements or contractual terms. Product availability, dimensions, finishes, prices, delivery dates, compatibility and compliance requirements must be confirmed in writing by IT-TECH® Solutions Limited before any purchase or reliance.
4. Accuracy limitations
AI output may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable for a specific project. Users must independently verify important information and must not make purchasing, installation, legal or financial decisions based only on AI-generated text.
5. Data submitted by users
Users must not submit passwords, payment-card information, identity documents, confidential trade secrets, sensitive personal data or information they are not authorized to disclose. Chat data may be processed by a third-party AI service provider if the assistant is activated.
6. User responsibility
The user is responsible for how they interpret and use AI responses. The user should treat the assistant as a preliminary navigation tool and should move to the quotation form or direct email for project-specific decisions.
7. Liability limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IT-TECH® Solutions Limited accepts no liability for loss, damage, claim, delay, misunderstanding, unsuitable order, technical issue or business decision arising from AI assistant output or from information the user chooses to submit to the assistant.
8. Acceptance record
The website may store a local browser record showing that the disclaimer was accepted. This record is used to operate the legal gate and may be cleared by deleting browser data. Continued use of the assistant after acceptance means the user continues to accept this disclaimer.
9. Escalation to written review
For product selection, gym equipment, LED lighting, salon furniture, hotel furniture, office furniture, printing, signage, websites or launch services, users should request written review by IT-TECH® Solutions Limited. Only written confirmation can be treated as company-approved project guidance.
10. Hallucination and unsupported output
AI systems can generate confident text that is not supported by the catalogue, company policy or actual product availability. Users must treat unexpected, unusually specific or commercially important AI statements as unverified until confirmed by IT-TECH® Solutions Limited in writing.
11. Third-party service availability
The AI assistant may depend on third-party infrastructure. It may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, rate-limited or changed by the service provider. IT-TECH® Solutions Limited does not guarantee continuous AI availability and may disable the assistant at any time.
12. Human review required
For quotations, specifications, delivery commitments, warranties, legal wording, compliance statements and project instructions, the user must request human review. The AI assistant is only a gateway to help prepare better questions; it is not the final decision-maker.
